Return & Exchange policy
How do I return an item?
The original packing must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing.
For any return or exchange item request, our customer service will send you by mail a ‘Return and Exchange’ form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item.
The return-shipping fee of 20 pounds will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise.
Our courier agent company will contact you to collect the items.
Please keep the ‘Return Tracking Number’ from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.
Exchanging items in the online store
Fill out the Return and Exchange form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the return label. Read the delivery note that comes with your package for more information.
We do not accept exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the ‘Return & Exchange Policy’ will apply.
Tombokka may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or production complication.
Refunds for online purchases
Due to cash on delivery system used in Tombokka website money refund can’t be applied.
Once you receive your products your account will be credit with same purchase amount and eligible to buy anything through our website for 1 year time from returning the product.
